Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Adam Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Brandt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Cult of Personality. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adam Smith!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ryan Brandt!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Gwen Towbar and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brandt moves forwards but Smith connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Smith lands with a thumping leg kick.
Brandt takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Brandt throws the kick towards the body but Smith avoids it.
Brandt lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Smith circles away quickly and effectively.
No joy there for Smith, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Brandt connects with a solid leg kick.
Smith throws a head kick but Brandt moves out of range.
Smith lands a really nice looking cross but Brandt seems unphased.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Brandt with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Smith to score with a decent uppercut.
Brandt blocks a head kick by Smith.
Brandt misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Smith.
Smith throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Donk. Brandt catches Smith right on the button with a cross.
Brandt takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Brandt throws a leg kick but Smith checks it.

Brandt looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Smith slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Brandt really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Smith. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Smith is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Brandt trying to control but Smith is working from the bottom.
Smith lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Brandt!

Smith is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Brandt is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Brandt flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Smith anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Brandt and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Smith slips an arm under Brandt chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Smith has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Smith is squeezing on Brandt like an anaconda would it's prey. Brandt fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
