Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammer throws a combination. Bythell tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Bythell slips a jab and a cross from Hammer.
A big left from Hammer misses.
Hammer ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Hammer slaps away a takedown attempt from Bythell, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Hammer shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Hammer controlling the pace for now.
Hammer is looking to stand but Hammer has his arms wrapped tightly around him, looking to prevent the damage.
Bythell is wriggling around trying to escape.

Hammer goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Bythell turns into him and now he's in Hammer's guard.

Bythell is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hammer is just riding it out for now. Bythell eventually gives up the hold.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Sledge Hammer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hammer fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bythell sprawls well initially but Hammer persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Bythell sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Hammer's guard.

Bythell seems to be looking for submissions.
Bythell is looking to take a break and control but Hammer is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Hammer is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Bythell pulls his head out easily.

Bythell has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Hammer to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Bythell is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Hammer pulls down on the head and he's put Bythell to sleep! This one is all over!
