Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Randy Scifo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Van Candy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Candy is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by To Catch a Predator. Van Candy has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scifo stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Scifo wants it to stay on the feet.
Candy closes this distance looking for a takedown but Scifo circles away.
Scifo throws a right and a left that both miss.
Scifo misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Candy attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Candy turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Scifo misses with a hook.
Scifo throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Candy.
Candy takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Randy Scifo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Van Candy.
Candy swats away the attempt to clinch by Scifo.

Scifo fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Candy, pushing him back against the cage.

Scifo lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Scifo is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Scifo gets to his feet. Candy looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Candy circles away from the clinch attempt.
Scifo lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Candy throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Scifo was covering up waiting for the punch and Candy finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Scifo misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Randy Scifo is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Scifo swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Candy.

Candy shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Scifo napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Scifo tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Scifo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Candy on the ground.
Scifo takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Scifo wants to control but Candy postures up.
Scifo on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Scifo tries to get out of the position.
Candy scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Scifo to see if he's OK.
Candy lands a decent elbow from side control.
Candy has knee on belly and moves into mount.

Scifo wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Candy.

Scifo wants to control but Candy is having none of it.

Candy postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Scifo badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Candy around the waist but Candy pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Candy is the winner by TKO! Candy jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
