Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Wiley Abu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maddy Rock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Wiley Abu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Maddy Rock!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Marco Blurström and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rock digs a good body shot into Abu's ribs.
Abu looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Abu is looking for a kimura here.
Rock wants to improve his position but Abu is controlling well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Abu trying to mount his opponent but Rock defends it.
Abu is trying to work for a kimura but Rock is defending well.
Rock wants to get back to his feet.
Abu wants to work for an arm triangle but Rock is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Rock is trying to maintain the position but Abu is very close to passing his half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Abu stops Rock from getting back to his feet.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Abu gets in close and instigates a clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Rock's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Rock wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Abu has him pressed against the cage.
Rock's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Rock keeps the fight on the outside.
Rock misses with a low kick as Abu jumps back.
Abu wants to clinch.
Abu tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rock swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Abu doesn't manage to clinch there - Rock circles away.
Abu closes this distance looking for a takedown but Rock circles away.
Rock misses with a straight right.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Rock tries for a takedown but Abu circles away easily
and Abu counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Rock's guard now.
Rock tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Abu stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rock swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Abu passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Abu tries to advance to mount but Rock denies him.
Abu is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Rock is trying to escape and Abu transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Rock is forced to tap! Nice work there by Abu! Very nice indeed!
