The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Jackson counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Jackson drops back looking for a leg! Silva is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Silva manages to kick Jackson off! Jackson jumps back into Silva's guard.

Jackson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Silva has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Jackson has managed to get both his arms back between Silva's legs - danger averted.

Jackson avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Silva is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jackson is aware though and is defending well.

Jackson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jackson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Jackson is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Silva has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Jackson is looking to defend but Silva has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Jackson! Silva pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Jackson taps out and this one is all over!
