Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between JT Warwagon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and BurgerMeister MeisterBurger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Warwagon's entrance music is "We're Gonna Win" by Bryan Adams. A fine choice. MeisterBurger has chosen break stuff as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Franklyn Lucas and John Roberts.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Warwagon misses with a jab, cross combination.
Warwagon displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from MeisterBurger.

MeisterBurger closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Warwagon did well to prevent MeisterBurger getting side control.
Warwagon looks like he's trying to stand up.
MeisterBurger thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Warwagon's head.

Warwagon has one foot on MeisterBurger's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
MeisterBurger shoots in but Warwagon avoids the takedown attempt easily.
MeisterBurger shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Warwagon as he jumps to the side.
JT Warwagon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of BurgerMeister MeisterBurger.
Warwagon works over MeisterBurger's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like BurgerMeister MeisterBurger has been cut.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if MeisterBurger can do anything to dispel that myth.

Warwagon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. MeisterBurger swivels though and keeps the full guard.
MeisterBurger thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Warwagon is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because MeisterBurger is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Warwagon moves into the clinch successfully.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

MeisterBurger has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Warwagon is trying to keep an underhook but MeisterBurger manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Warwagon is looking to escape.

Warwagon tries to close the distance and clinch but MeisterBurger swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

MeisterBurger is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Warwagon's half guard.
Warwagon wants to get back to his feet.
MeisterBurger throwing shots but Warwagon is blocking nicely.
MeisterBurger thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Warwagon regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from MeisterBurger.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

MeisterBurger shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than MeisterBurger was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Warwagon is breathing heavily.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
MeisterBurger trying to control but Warwagon is having none of it.

Warwagon is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Warwagon tries to buck MeisterBurger off but he can't manage it.
MeisterBurger lands a big shot there that rocks Warwagon but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

MeisterBurger is landing with some decent strikes but Warwagon is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Warwagon is bucking up trying to escape but MeisterBurger cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Warwagon takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
