Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Carlos Gonazaga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Todd Grosh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Todd Grosh!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Franklyn Lucas and Lou da Vinci.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grosh pivots, looking for a leg kick but Gonazaga is out of range and Grosh settles back down.
Grosh throws a right and a left that both miss.
A cross from Gonazaga lands.
Gonazaga misses with a double jab
and Grosh counters with a nice uppercut.
Gonazaga misses with a jab, cross combination.

Grosh feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Gonazaga sprawling to the canvas! Gonazaga rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Grosh finish him?!

Gonazaga is rocked!
Grosh will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Oh Gonazaga is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gonazaga throws a head kick that misses
and Grosh counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Gonazaga off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Grosh follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Gonazaga was out before he hit the floor.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Todd Grosh!
