Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between James Po (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alejandro Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Po might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Skrypture - Look. Sanchez has chosen Big Pun - Beware as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Alejandro Sanchez is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Po showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Sanchez.
Po scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Sanchez doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Po rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sanchez moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Sanchez misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Sanchez misses with a double jab
and Po counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Po bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Sanchez's head backwards.
Sanchez takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Po throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Po cracks Sanchez with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Sanchez shoots in for a double leg but Po sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Po lands a glancing blow to the side of Sanchez's head.
Some wild striking there from Po.

Po misses with a looping right.
Sanchez shoots for a takedown but Po saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
James Po has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alejandro Sanchez.
Po throws and low kick but Sanchez moves out of range easily.

A nice combination there by Po.

Po throws an uppercut from hell that sends Sanchez clean off his feet! He's out cold! Po stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
