Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between King Kamehameha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akao Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Akao Machida is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Kamehameha. No joy for Machida on that attempt.

Machida clinches.
Kamehameha is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Machida is pushing down on Kamehameha's leg trying to pass to half guard. Kamehameha is fighting to maintain full guard but Machida has managed to sneak the leg through.

Akao Machida seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Machida shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kamehameha sprawls well. Kamehameha wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Machida gets slowly back to his feet.

Kamehameha scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Machida has his takedown stuffed
and Kamehameha counters with a nice uppercut.

King Kamehameha is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Kamehameha moves into range and clinches up with Machida.
