Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Guy Montag!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tony Raiser!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Paulo Santos and Luis Engracia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Raiser will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Raiser fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Montag manages to avoid it.
Tony Raiser seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Raiser throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Montag.
Montag closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Raiser has Montag up against the cage in a clinch.

Raiser has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Montag regains guard immediately.
Montag manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Raiser manages to get himself to full guard.
Raiser keeping moving, preventing Montag from controlling successfully.
Raiser is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Montag is controlling him.

Montag gets to his feet - Raiser follows without any prompting.

Raiser misses with a few strikes there.
Raiser does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Raiser throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Raiser is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Montag could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Raiser looks to score with a jab to the body but Montag is just out of range.
Raiser misses with the combination.
Raiser throws a sloppy head kick and Montag moves out of range easily.
Raiser tries to clinch but Montag is having none of it.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Raiser throws a right and a left that both miss.
Raiser throws a series of punches but Montag moves out of range.

Raiser takes the fight into the clinch.

Montag pulls guard successfully.
Montag keeping moving, preventing Raiser from controlling successfully.
Raiser stopping the sweep attempt from Montag.
Raiser tries to stand but Montag is controlling from the bottom.
Montag looking to control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Montag escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Raiser gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Montag keeping moving, preventing Raiser from controlling successfully.

Raiser thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Montag is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Montag is breathing heavily.
Montag is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Montag is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Montag wants to pass the guard but Raiser is defending well.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Raiser wants to improve his position but Montag is controlling well.
Raiser trying to control here.
Montag trying to control from half guard but Raiser is working away.
Raiser wants to get back to full guard.
Montag works his way into side control.
Raiser stops Montag from passing to mount.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Montag wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Raiser, who protects the arm well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tony Raiser dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!



Raiser drops Montag with a left and a right! Oh, Montag is hurt - Raiser dives into side control looking to finish!


It looks like Guy Montag has been cut.
Raiser grinds an elbow into Montag's temple.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Raiser lands a strong strike to the head of Montag. That's dazed him! Raiser looking to finish here. Montag is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Raiser lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:43 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tony Raiser!
