Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between kevont good (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zayrion Temple (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). good kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is To the top. Temple has chosen Birdman-I Run This as his entrance music. Zayrion Temple is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
good changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Temple tries to avoid it but good manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Temple to the ground. Temple escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
good tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Temple slaps away a takedown attempt from good, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Temple stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Temple wants it to stay on the feet.

good shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than good was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Temple is trying desperately to improve position.
good knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Temple on the ground.
good in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

good is really struggling to control Temple but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Temple tries to lock up and control but good gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Temple is looking to improve his position but good isn't that keen on the idea.
Temple bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
good is trying to control the position from the bottom.
good is breathing heavily.

Temple gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
good shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
kevont good seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Temple is looking to clinch.
good cracks a nice hook into Temple's ribs.
good shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Temple pinned against the cage. Temple gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Temple shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches good napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Temple tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Temple has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Temple stands up and beckons good to his feet.
good wants to clinch but Temple slips to the side

and Temple counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in good's guard now.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
good is trying to control the position but Temple postures up.
Temple working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of good's head.

good is working an open guard so Temple takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
good tries to clinch but Temple moves away
and Temple counters with a good, hard body kick but good shrugs it off.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Temple darts in and clinches good up against the cage.
Temple has had enough of the clinch but good keeps him there for the moment.

Temple breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
good tries for a takedown but Temple circles away easily

Temple stands up from good's guard - Temple perhaps looking for a knockout.

good looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

good wants to work for an arm triangle but Temple is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

good tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Temple.

Temple pushes good off and gets back to his feet.

and good counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

good gets caught flat footed, as Temple shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
good is looking to stand back up but Temple counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by good.
good on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if good tries to get out of the position.

Temple in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. good tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Temple!
