Welles slips under a jab.
Welles lands a head shot.

It looks like Abraham Valuev has been cut.
A big right from Valuev misses.
Welles misses with a hook.
Welles throws a shot from downtown. Valuev moves away and avoids it.

Welles drops Valuev with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Valuev looks back up at him and smiles so Welles waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Valuev fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Welles moves in close and cracks Valuev with a massive right hand! Valuev, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Welles!
