Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Banner Bo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Bridges (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bridges is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Bad Boys for life - P-Diddy. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jeff Bridges!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Seu Braga and Matheus Silva.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bo shoots for a takedown but Bridges saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Bo fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
No luck for Bo with that takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Banner Bo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bo tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Bridges swivels and escapes.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bo closes the distance and clinches up with Bridges, looking for a takedown. Bo pushes Bridges against the cage but Bridges circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Bo trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Bo has gone for a leg lock! Bridges slips out almost immediately though and dives into Bo's guard.
Bridges trying to control the position from guard on top but Bo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Bridges tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Bo manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

Bo is in trouble now - Bridges has advanced to mount!
Bo is trying desperately to improve position.
Bridges moves to the back position.
Bo breaks Bridges's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Bo could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Bo drops back, looking for a kneebar! Bridges looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Bridges looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Bridges!
Bo is looking for a sweep.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

A chopping leg kick lands by Bridges.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Bridges lands with a thumping leg kick.
Bo chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Bridges can pounce on him.

Bo scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Bo in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Bridges tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Bo!
