PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Talafua Toluao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zues Orion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Orion is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Angry Again- Megadeth. Zues Orion will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toluao checks a low kick from Orion.

Orion drops Toluao with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Toluao looks back up at him and smiles so Orion waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Orion pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Orion gets caught flat footed, as Toluao shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Toluao postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Orion is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Toluao, into his guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Toluao has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Toluao closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Orion to the mat! Orion manages to get full guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Orion controls Toluao momentarily but Toluao frees himself.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
