PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kendrick Limpenstein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Bulter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bulter has chosen Smashed Into Pieces by Silverstein as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kendrick Limpenstein!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Josh Bulter!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bulter clinches up with Limpenstein and pushes him back against the cage.
Bulter drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Bulter is working for takedown but Limpenstein is calmly controlling the position for now.
Limpenstein can't break the clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Limpenstein's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Bulter gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Bulter trying to control the position from guard on top but Limpenstein is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Bulter gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Bulter closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Bulter working the body and head with strikes.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Limpenstein is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Bulter has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Bulter has an Americana. Limpenstein didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Bulter is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Bulter hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
