Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Anderson Edgar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Takanori Ryuugoro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Edgar comes to the cage accompanied by Rick Ross- The Boss. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Takanori Ryuugoro!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edgar tries to clinch up but Ryuugoro circles away and keeps his distance.
Edgar lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
It looks like Takanori Ryuugoro has been cut.
The fight stays on the outside here - Edgar looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Ryuugoro feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Ryuugoro is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Edgar is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Ryuugoro really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Edgar. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Edgar can't keep his opponent in guard - Ryuugoro advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Ryuugoro might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Edgar kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Edgar has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Ryuugoro should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Edgar has tightened it up now! Ryuugoro should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
