Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alessandro de Ferro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marco Rudirez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). de Ferro comes to the cage accompanied by CMX - Ruoste. Rudirez is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: "Bulls on parade" Rage Against The Machine. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Daniel Cesar and Alexandre Firmino.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rudirez throws a sloppy head kick and de Ferro moves out of range easily.
de Ferro takes a swing at Rudirez's ribcage but misses.
de Ferro circles away from the clinch attempt.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

de Ferro breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
de Ferro checks a low kick from Rudirez.
Rudirez throws a head kick that misses.
de Ferro thows a leg kick but Rudirez checks it
and Rudirez connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts de Ferro, as that shot connected.
Rudirez misses with a hook.
de Ferro stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Rudirez.
de Ferro scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

No joy there for de Ferro, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Rudirez manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. de Ferro manages to get himself to full guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Rudirez accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

de Ferro drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Rudirez dives on top into guard.

Rudirez got a little sloppy there for a moment and de Ferro has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rudirez has managed to get both his arms back between de Ferro's legs - danger averted.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now de Ferro is on top in guard.

Rudirez seems keen to control de Ferro's posture.

de Ferro drops back looking for a leg! Rudirez is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Rudirez manages to kick de Ferro off! de Ferro jumps back into Rudirez's guard.
Rudirez is pulling down on de Ferro's head. It's preventing any offense from de Ferro, at least for the moment.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Rudirez lands a big head kick that sends de Ferro tumbling to the mat! Rudirez takes a step backwards and waves de Ferro back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Alessandro de Ferro has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A solid body kick from Rudirez.
Oh de Ferro is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Look low, kick high! Rudirez uses the oldest trick in the book to send de Ferro tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Rudirez is absolutely delighted - when de Ferro wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
