PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Anderson Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kane Kraken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Anderson might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to You Won't Know. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Anderson misses.
Kraken swats away the attempt to clinch by Anderson.
Nice defenses there by Kraken.
Kraken closes the distance and clinches up with Anderson, looking for a takedown. Kraken pushes Anderson against the cage but Anderson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kraken jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Anderson walks away with a smile on his face. Kraken gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Kraken shoots in for a double leg but Anderson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Kraken is pushing down on Anderson's leg trying to pass to half guard. Anderson is fighting to maintain full guard but Kraken has managed to sneak the leg through.

Anderson pushes Kraken off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Anderson is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kraken knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Anderson is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kraken is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kraken is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Anderson off and has taken his back!
