Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Santana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pablo Nunes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nunes has chosen Riverside as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Pablo Nunes!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Felipe Paraventi and Emerson Jorge.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santana walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

It looks like Lucas Santana has been cut.
Nunes fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Santana looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Nunes clinches.
Nunes displaying some good clinch control by pressing Santana up against the cage.

Santana breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Nunes jabs Santana right on the nose. Santana blinks but takes it well.
A head kick misses from Santana.

Nunes clinches with his opponent.
Nunes has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Santana avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Santana gets underhooks to prevent Nunes's takedown attempt.

Santana is looking to break free of the clinch but Nunes has double underhooks.
Nunes wants a takedown but no success here.
Lucas Santana has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pablo Nunes.

Nunes jumps guard and drags Santana to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Santana stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Santana shoots in and drives through. Nunes sprawls well.
Santana throws a head kick that misses.
Santana is breathing heavily.

Santana throws a nice looking combination but Nunes bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Nunes moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

Santana is rocked!
Nunes cracks Santana on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Santana falls backwards against the cage. Nunes follows up with more strikes that drop Santana to his knees. Nunes keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Santana! This one is all over!
