PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rafael Dos Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quess Kambo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quess Kambo told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kambo avoids a kick to the body.
Kambo shoots in looking for a takedown. Dos Santos tries to sprawl out of it but Kambo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dos Santos manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Rafael Dos Santos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kambo blocks the body kick.
Dos Santos defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Kambo.

Dos Santos closes the distance and clinches up with Kambo, looking for a takedown. Dos Santos pushes Kambo against the cage but Kambo circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Dos Santos has hold of Kambo's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Kambo seems comfortable defending it but Dos Santos has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Kambo is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Kambo is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Dos Santos couldn't care less - he's delighted!
