Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Tarja Halkonen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Smith.
Smith misses with a few strikes there.
Some wild striking there from Smith.
Smith tries to clinch there but Ripper circles away.
Ripper throws a head kick that misses.
Ripper throws a leg kick but Smith checks it.
Ripper scores with a nice body kick.
Smith fails with an attempt to clinch.
Ripper gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Ripper looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Ripper is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Smith has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Ripper is proving hard to escape from.
Ripper controls Smith momentarily but Smith frees himself.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Smith tries to free his leg and advance position but Ripper is retaining full guard.
Ripper really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Ripper looking for a guillotine here but Smith defends easily.
Smith has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Ripper to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Smith is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Ripper pulls down on the head and he's put Smith to sleep! This one is all over!
