Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rafal Wysocki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and LB Rippleton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Rafal Wysocki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, LB Rippleton!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Chris Edwards and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rippleton wants to clinch.
Rippleton misses with a jab, cross combination.
Rippleton throws a series of punches but Wysocki moves out of range.

Wysocki shoots in and bounces Rippleton off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Rippleton is trying to control the position but Wysocki postures up.
Wysocki thows a big elbow that misses.
Wysocki with a flurry of punches that miss.
Rippleton preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Wysocki distracts Rippleton with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Rippleton utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Rippleton is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Wysocki thows a big elbow that misses.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Wysocki closes this distance looking for a takedown but Rippleton circles away.

Rippleton keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Rippleton tries to land a front kick but Wysocki steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

LB Rippleton is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Wysocki shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Rippleton is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Rippleton tries to close the distance and clinch up but Wysocki swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Wysocki fails to land the takedown.
Rippleton tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.

LB Rippleton showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Wysocki scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Wysocki swats away the attempt to clinch by Rippleton.

Wysocki shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Rippleton defends it nicely.
Rippleton closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Rippleton lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Wysocki has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Wysocki and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Rippleton throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rippleton thuds his right hand into Wysocki's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Rippleton lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Wysocki checks the leg kick nicely there.
Rippleton fails with an attempt to clinch.
Nice takedown defense from Rippleton. No joy for Wysocki on that attempt.

Rippleton tries to close the distance and clinch but Wysocki swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Wysocki drops back, looking for a kneebar! Rippleton looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Rippleton looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Rippleton!
Rippleton tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Wysocki pushes Rippleton away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Rippleton gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Wysocki dodges the ground and pound from Rippleton.

Rippleton decides to stand up, so the ref orders Wysocki to his feet.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Good work by Wysocki as he checks the leg kick.
Rippleton looks to land a combination but Wysocki avoids it well.

Wysocki throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Rippleton was covering up waiting for the punch and Wysocki finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Wysocki content to stall in guard here.
Rippleton is looking to stand up but Wysocki isn't so interested in that idea.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Rafal Wysocki.
I think Wysocki has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
