Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Chris Edwards and Sam Margolis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murphy pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Murphy throws a jab when East was well out of range.
East stuffs the takedown attempt from Murphy. Murphy gets slowly back to his feet.
East keeps the fight on the outside.
Murphy lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but East circles away quickly and effectively.
Murphy wants to clinch up but East keeps it at a distance.

East looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Murphy!
East looking to control and managing it successfully.
East with a couple of short strikes.
Murphy takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Murphy is trying desperately to improve position.
Murphy is bucking up trying to escape but East cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

It looks like Brian Murphy has been cut.

Murphy tries to lock up and control but East gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, East cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
East cracks Murphy with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

That has opened up Brian Murphy's cut even more.

Murphy tries to reverse the position but East maintains control.
East lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Murphy is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
East content just to control the position here.

The cut above Brian Murphy's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Brian Murphy's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
