The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kakko drops back, looking for a kneebar! Kasugi looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Kasugi looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Kasugi!
Kakko is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Kasugi is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Kakko has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Kakko and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
