Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nicolas Acosta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Cartman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Acosta's entrance music is HOO Bangin. A fine choice. Cartman has chosen Unclefucker as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Nicolas Acosta!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Eric Cartman!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Ivan Kurochkin and Sergei Dronov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Acosta fails in his attempt to clinch.
Acosta shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Acosta.
Acosta closes the distance and clinches up with Cartman, looking for a takedown. Acosta pushes Cartman against the cage but Cartman circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nicolas Acosta. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Cartman lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!


It looks like Nicolas Acosta has been cut.
A head kick misses from Cartman.
Eric Cartman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Acosta shoots for a double leg takedown but Cartman sprawls well. He's pushed Acosta's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Acosta fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Cartman fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Acosta manages to avoid it.
Cartman misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Acosta throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Acosta shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Cartman as he jumps to the side.

Cartman throws a good cross that connects.

Acosta fails with a takedown attempt.

Acosta moves into the clinch successfully.
Acosta's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Cartman breaks the clinch.
Cartman connects with a looping right hand.

Cartman gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Acosta to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Cartman is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Acosta is trying to stand up here but Cartman is controlling him well.
Cartman seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

Acosta works his way to full guard. Good work.
Cartman distracts Acosta with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Cartman's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Let's hope that Cartman has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Cartman passes Acosta's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Cartman wants to stand but Acosta has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.

Acosta strikes from the bottom but Cartman uses the opportunity to move to side control.

Acosta tries to improve position but can't.
Acosta is working hard here to advance position.
Acosta manages to get back to half guard.
Cartman content to control rather than advance.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Acosta is trying to escape back to his feet but Cartman uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Cartman slips into full mount, dodging the strikes by Acosta.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Cartman prevents Acosta from getting the reversal.
Cartman sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Eric Cartman dominated that round.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Acosta moves in looking to clinch but Cartman pushes him off.
Acosta moves out of range of the body kick.
Cartman uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Acosta has time to react.

Cartman displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Acosta.
Nice takedown defense from Cartman. No joy for Acosta on that attempt.
Cartman defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Acosta.

Cartman keeps the fight on the outside.
Cartman stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Cartman wants it to stay on the feet.
Cartman swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Cartman lands with a kick to the temple. Acosta shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Cartman swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Acosta takes a jab right on the kisser.
Acosta ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Eric Cartman is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A head kick misses from Cartman.
Cartman swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Cartman turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Cartman scores with a jab to the jaw.
Cartman throws a body punch but Acosta moves out of range.
Cartman slaps away a takedown attempt from Acosta, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Cartman misses with a head kick.
Acosta shoots for a double leg takedown but Cartman sprawls well. He's pushed Acosta's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Cartman is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Acosta.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Cartman lands a big head kick that sends Acosta tumbling to the mat! Cartman takes a step backwards and waves Acosta back to his feet - he wants the finish!


Acosta is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cartman finds Acosta's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Acosta flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Cartman lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Acosta will be OK.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:13 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Eric Cartman!
