Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Trendar Mighty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kama Mustafa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mustafa is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by MaMa Africa. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Cecil Peabody and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mighty fails with the takedown.
Mustafa looks for a takedown but Mighty sprawls well.
Mustafa misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Mighty.

Mustafa decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Mustafa looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mighty is trying to stand back up but Mustafa is controlling him

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Mighty changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mustafa looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Mighty tries to stand but Mustafa is controlling his head.

Mighty wants to control but Mustafa is keeping him busy.
Mustafa has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Mustafa is looking to reverse the position.
Mustafa is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Mighty off and has taken his back!

Mighty defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Mustafa's arms.

Mighty won't allow Mustafa to pass to mount.

Mustafa is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Mighty is just riding it out for now. Mustafa eventually gives up the hold.
Mustafa seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mighty does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Despite being in the dominant position, Kama Mustafa just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Mighty misses with a takedown attempt

and Mustafa counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Mustafa perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Mighty has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Mustafa is working away from the top position though.
Mustafa frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Mighty tries to lock up and control but Mustafa gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Mighty can't escape the position.
Mustafa takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Mustafa unloads with some shots from mount but Mighty bucks and avoids them well.

Mustafa has hold of Mighty's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Mighty manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
