Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Hanz Stinger!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Thomas Owens!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Donald Grub and William Gold.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Owens moves into the clinch.
Stinger changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Owens fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Stinger ducks right into an uppercut from Owens.
Stinger misses with a takedown attempt - Owens sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Stinger gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Owens to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Owens is stalling in the full guard.
Stinger is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Owens is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Stinger defends well.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Owens is pulling down on Stinger's head to control his posture.
Owens tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Owens wants to stand but Stinger is controlling the position.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Owens keeps the fight on the outside.

Owens gets caught flat footed, as Stinger shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Owens has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Stinger can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Owens wants to get up but he can't break Stinger's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Owens decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Owens is taking a breather. Stinger says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Owens clinches up with Stinger and pushes him back against the cage.
Stinger drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Stinger is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Owens gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Owens scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Owens pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Owens ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Owens no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Stinger has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Stinger has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Owens regains guard immediately.

Stinger stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Owens swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Owens wants to sweep but no luck.
Hanz Stinger has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Owens is on top in guard.
Owens throws and elbow that misses. Stinger uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Owens's guard. Nice move by Stinger!

Stinger is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Owens is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Owens has escaped and now he's on top!

Owens is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Owens postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Stinger is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Owens, into his guard.

Thomas Owens comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Owens has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
