The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Corrello blocks a head kick by Santos.
Santos throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Corrello.
Corrello postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Santos wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Corrello is looking to take a break and control but Santos is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Santos is pushing Corrello's head away, looking to escape. Corrello manages to hold on to the position though.
Corrello has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Santos!
Corrello has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Corrello postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Santos looks a forlorn figure.
Corrello is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Santos can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Corrello tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Corrello has control of Santos's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Santos regains control of the situation pretty easily.
