The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Storm misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Storm fails in his attempt to clinch.
Hodges stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Storm.
Storm lands a nice looking kick to the body. Hodges takes a step back to recover.
Storm throws a head kick but Hodges moves out of range.
Hodges thows a body shot but no joy.
Storm throws a leg kick but Hodges sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Storm moves in looking to clinch but Hodges pushes him off.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Hodges counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Hodges sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Storm motions for Hodges to come forward. Storm throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Hodges lands a slapping body shot.
Storm is breathing heavily.

Hodges cracks Storm with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Hodges has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Storm to stand back up!
