The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
West misses with a looping right.
Domo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
West defending well as Domo loads up on a big left hand.

Domo drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
West is looking to stand up but Domo isn't so interested in that idea.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

West throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Domo on the side of the head.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
West wants to stand but Domo is controlling his posture from full guard.
West must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

West really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Domo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Domo is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
West is looking to work some ground and pound but Domo has wrist control.

Domo tries to get to full guard but West has control of the leg.
West keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.

West wants to advance to full mount but Domo doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.
Domo is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

West decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Domo, up you get!
West thows a leg kick but Domo checks it
and Domo counters with a nice body shot.
Domo tries to score a power double leg takedown but West sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Domo somewhat.
West bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Domo looks to clinch
and West counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
West misses with a jab, cross combination.
Domo walks into a straight right hand from West.
Jay West seems to be getting the better of the standup.
West throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
West fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
West throws a series of punches but Domo moves out of range.

West paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Domo tries to close the distance and clinch up but West swats him away and circles back towards the center.

West takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Domo throws a leg kick but West sees it coming and checks it nicely.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!


Domo cracks West with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

and West counters with a head kick that wobbles Domo - left then right he sways and one more bomb from West sends him down. This one is all over!
