Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Klubber Lang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lance Champion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Champion has chosen This Fire Burns- Killswitch Engage as his entrance music. Lance Champion has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Klubber Lang's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Danga de danga de dang - Champion scores with a four punch combination!
It looks like Klubber Lang has been cut.
Lang will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Lang closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Champion did well to prevent Lang getting side control.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Still in half guard, Lang seems content to control.
Champion wants to improve his position but Lang is controlling well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lang feints and as Champion raises his hands in defense, Lang changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Champion has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Champion had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Lang is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Champion Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Lang's back instead.

Lang knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Champion on the ground.

That was a close second round but I would say that Klubber Lang will probably get the nod.

Lang shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Champion's guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lang accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Champion quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Lang has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Champion celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
