Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kurt Findler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Atme (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Luke Atme will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Luke Atme!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Findler shoots in for a takedown but Atme shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

and Findler counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Atme pulls Findler in close to his closed guard and prevents Findler from doing any damage or advancing position.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Findler connects with a nice short shot to Atme's temple.

Findler is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Atme doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Findler.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Findler here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Findler sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Atme's guard.
Findler is stalling here. Atme is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Findler seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Atme has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Findler, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
