Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shane WiIliams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Doomsday (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). WiIliams comes to the cage accompanied by Eye Of The Tiger. Shane WiIliams had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 186.7lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

WiIliams wants to stand and escape but instead Doomsday has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

WiIliams can't keep his opponent in guard - Doomsday advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Doomsday lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
WiIliams on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
WiIliams has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Doomsday is working away from the top position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
WiIliams is looking for a sweep. Doomsday is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Doomsday prevents WiIliams from improving his position.
WiIliams is breathing heavily.
WiIliams is staying active underneath Doomsday, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Doomsday is taking a breather. WiIliams says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
WiIliams lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Doomsday gets a takedown into half guard.
WiIliams throws a sloppy strike from the bottom. He's now off balance and Doomsday manages to pass to side control.
Doomsday wants to control but WiIliams is keeping him busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Doomsday is working to tighten is grip on WiIliams's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. WiIliams has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Doomsday is really squeezing tight and eventually WiIliams passes out! Doomsday breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
