Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Nielson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Demitri Tarasov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tarasov has chosen Iron Man by Black Sabbath as his entrance music. Demitri Tarasov has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Ivan Kurochkin and Igor Prikhodko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nielson throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Tarasov was covering up waiting for the punch and Nielson finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Nielson drops back looking for a leg! Tarasov is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Tarasov manages to kick Nielson off! Nielson jumps back into Tarasov's guard.

Nielson swings around for an armbar but Tarasov sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Nielson's guard.

Nielson isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Tarasov stacks Nielson on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Tarasov!

Tarasov is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Nielson is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

That was a close round but I would say that Patrick Nielson will probably get the nod.

Nielson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Tarasov circles away.

Tarasov does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Nielson drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Tarasov is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Nielson drops back, looking for a kneebar! Tarasov looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Tarasov looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Tarasov!
