Bandana is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Los del Rio - La Macarena. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yvel misses with a head kick.
Yvel moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Bandana closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Yvel wants to get back to his feet.
Yvel keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Yvel has one foot on Bandana's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Yvel throws a nice outside leg kick.

Bandana scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Yvel is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Bandana asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Bandana wants to control but Yvel is keeping him busy.
Bandana has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Yvel tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Yvel tries to buck Bandana off but he can't manage it.
Yvel is breathing heavily.
Bandana tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Bandana throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
Bandana throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Yvel because Bandana loaded up on that one.
Yvel holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Bandana tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Bandana looking to isolate an arm here. Yvel doesn't see it coming and as Bandana extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Bandana!
