Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hans Wigger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Elkir Delfino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Elkir Delfino is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Albert Achterberg and Saam Ante.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Delfino misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Delfino throws a series of punches but Wigger moves out of range.
Delfino throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Delfino throws a right hand that Wigger ducks under and follows up with a left that Wigger also avoids with ease.
A punch lands to the side of Wigger 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Delfino plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

It looks like Hans Wigger has been cut.
Delfino misses with a jab, cross combination.
Delfino misses with a series of wild punches.
Delfino throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Wigger will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Wigger closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Delfino did well to prevent Wigger getting side control.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Wigger connects with a nice short shot to Delfino's temple.
Delfino makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Delfino.
Delfino bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Wigger's guard.
Wigger has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Delfino looks gassed!

Wigger is looking for a triangle but Delfino pushes his legs off easily.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Delfino got a little sloppy there for a moment and Wigger has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Delfino has managed to get both his arms back between Wigger's legs - danger averted.

Delfino wants to lay and pray for a moment but Wigger keeps working.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Wigger is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Delfino looks calm but he's in trouble here. Wigger gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Delfino is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Wigger lets go of the hold and Delfino can pop his arm back in it's socket.
