Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Marcel Bruder!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Illya Tyunina and Aleksei Zolotukhin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Bruder's calf.
Johnson throws a series of punches but Bruder avoids them all with ease.

Bruder moves into the clinch.

Bruder breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Bruder feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Bruder throws and elbow that misses. Johnson uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Bruder's guard. Nice move by Johnson!

Johnson trying to control the position from guard on top but Bruder is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Bruder tries a head kick but it misses.
Bruder tried to score with a low kick but Johnson checks it.
A combination from Johnson does no damage.
Johnson throws a series of strikes that have Bruder backpedaling.

It looks like Marcel Bruder has been cut.
Bruder misses with an uppercut. Johnson saw that one coming.
Johnson throws a series of punches but Bruder avoids them all with ease.
Johnson does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Johnson misses with a few strikes there.
Johnson checks a leg kick nicely.
Bruder ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Johnson moves away.
Bruder misses with a jab, cross combination.
Johnson throws a series of punches but Bruder moves out of range.
Marcel Bruder seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bruder stalks Johnson and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Johnson's face. Johnson staggers backwards, shaken.
Bruder is breathing heavily.
No joy there for Johnson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bruder takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Johnson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Bruder misses with a jab, cross combination.
Johnson connects with a crisp jab.
A punch lands to the side of Bruder 's head but he takes it in his stride.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bruder misses with a series of wild punches.
Johnson throws a right hand that Bruder ducks under and follows up with a left that Bruder also avoids with ease.

Johnson misses with a jab, cross combination.
A swing and a miss from Johnson.
Johnson has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Johnson there as he acknowledges the shot.
Bruder wants to land a leg kick but Johnson is out of range.
Johnson moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Bruder is rocked!
Johnson closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Bruder out cold! Bruder corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
