The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ishikawa works Masashi's body with a nice hook.
Ishikawa lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Ishikawa fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Masashi on the side of the head.
Ishikawa misses with a jab, cross combination.

Masashi ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Ishikawa is looking to clinch but Masashi is avoiding it.
Ishikawa lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Ishikawa throws a right and a left that Masashi avoids nicely.
A big right from Ishikawa misses.
Masashi misses with a double jab
and Ishikawa counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Ishikawa scores with a nice right hand.
Ishikawa takes a swing at Masashi's ribcage but misses.

and Ishikawa counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Masashi is rocked!

Oh Masashi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ishikawa loads up on a big right hand but Masashi slips the punch.
Ishikawa throws the left hand but Masashi avoids the punch easily.
Ishikawa has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Ishikawa wants to clinch.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Ishikawa has cracked Masashi with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Ishikawa lands another huge swinging hook and Masashi tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Masashi, before Ishikawa can land any more shots!
