Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chris Carnage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tito Henry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chris Carnage looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tito Henry!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Ivan Kurochkin and Aleksandr Martynov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henry avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Carnage looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Carnage fails with the takedown.
Carnage defending well as Henry loads up on a big left hand.
Carnage tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Henry lands a big shot there that rocks Carnage but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Henry is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Carnage has managed to escape the submission attempt.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Henry fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Carnage on the side of the head.

Carnage is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Henry.
Nice uppercut lands for Henry. That snapped Carnage's head back.
Carnage takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Henry fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Carnage sprawls well initially but Henry persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Henry is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Carnage defends it well.
Carnage is trying to maintain the position but Henry is very close to passing his half guard.
Henry wants to lay and pray for a moment but Carnage keeps working.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Henry is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Carnage doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Henry.

Henry scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Henry bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Carnage is trying to improve his position.
Carnage is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Henry's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Henry throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Henry takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Henry missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Henry wants to lay and pray for a moment but Carnage keeps working.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Henry misses with a series of wild punches.
Henry misses with a kick to the body.
Henry moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Henry lands a jab to Carnage's midsection.

Henry swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Henry keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Henry changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Carnage looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Carnage is looking to regain half guard here but Henry keeps moving and retains side control.
Henry is putting a hurting on Carnage here, landing some big shots from side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tito Henry showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!


Henry pivots, looking for a leg kick but Carnage is out of range and Henry settles back down.
Henry shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Carnage counters with a big head kick but Henry shrugs it off.

Carnage shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Henry sprawls well. Henry wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Carnage gets slowly back to his feet.

Henry lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Henry shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Carnage napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Carnage manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Carnage in particular looking to stall.
Carnage seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Henry for as long as he can get away with.
Henry has a hand on Carnage's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Carnage takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!

Henry is squirming around, avoiding Carnage's attempts to control the action.

Carnage jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Henry is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Henry and Carnage has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Henry pushes Carnage away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Carnage gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Well Henry has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
