The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
fvjskvjk keeps the fight on the outside.
Blinn avoids a punch combination nicely.

Blinn feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Blinn is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Blinn seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Blinn moves nicely into side control.
fvjskvjk wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Blinn could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Blinn thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Blinn is working to tighten is grip on fvjskvjk's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. fvjskvjk has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Blinn is really squeezing tight and eventually fvjskvjk passes out! Blinn breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
