The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Daniel Cesar and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos misses with a few strikes there.
Santos's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Santos duly obliges.
It looks like mike plopper has been cut.
plopper changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Santos tries to avoid it but plopper manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Santos to the ground. Santos escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Santos throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Santos changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
plopper looks gassed!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Santos dances in with a quick combination. plopper is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Santos snaps plopper's head back. plopper stumbles backwards against the cage. Santos steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with plopper's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. plopper just didn't come prepared.
