And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romero throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Barca.
Barca misses with a head kick.
Barca fails to land the takedown.
Romero lands a big head kick that sends Barca tumbling to the mat! Romero takes a step backwards and waves Barca back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Barca is rocked!
It looks like Constantine Barca has been cut.
Romero fails to land with a series of punches.
Oh Barca is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Romero misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Barca seems to have got his legs back now.
Romero looks to throw the jab but Barca is out of range.
Romero looks to land a combination but Barca avoids it well.
Barca is looking to clinch but Romero is avoiding it.
Barca steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Romero.
Romero throws a hook but Barca blocks it.
Barca shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Romero manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Barca wants to take a breather but Romero is having none of it.
Barca works his way into side control.
Barca wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Romero, who protects the arm well.
Barca is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Romero's shoulder. That is not cool.
Barca has hold of Romero's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Romero tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Barca cranks the arm and Romero screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Romero, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Constantine Barca!
