Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Michael The Count (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Dos Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Count's entrance music is Run This Town. A fine choice. Silva is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Mack the knife. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

The Count seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Silva for as long as he can get away with.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The Count is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Silva is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Silva shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says The Count as he avoids it easily.

Silva has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. The Count avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Michael The Count.
