The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Sam Margolis and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
del Mexico dives in and grabs Fiodrowicz's left leg, looking for a takedown. Fiodrowicz pushes down on del Mexico's head and hops out.
del Mexico misses with a takedown attempt - Fiodrowicz sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
del Mexico fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cheetah del Mexico. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Fiodrowicz drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Fiodrowicz jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Fiodrowicz thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Fiodrowicz stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. del Mexico swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Fiodrowicz is sitting in close to del Mexico's body. del Mexico has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Fiodrowicz is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Fiodrowicz is tapping! That was a very nice submission by del Mexico.
