The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Corleone with that takedown attempt.
Matt Gammer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Corleone looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Gammer tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Corleone swivels and escapes.

Gammer is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Corleone is just riding it out for now. Gammer eventually gives up the hold.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gammer has hold of Corleone's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Corleone manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Gammer is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Corleone defends it well.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Corleone is trying to control but can't.
Corleone tries to roll over but Gammer keeps him under control.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
