Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tim Mamilele (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Scribner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tim Mamilele!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eric Scribner!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scribner pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Scribner throws a nice head kick!
Mamilele changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Scribner tries to avoid it but Mamilele manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Scribner to the ground. Scribner escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Scribner tries to clinch up.
No luck for Mamilele with that takedown attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mamilele closes the distance and clinches up with Scribner, looking for a takedown. Mamilele pushes Scribner against the cage but Scribner circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tim Mamilele. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Scribner throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Mamilele.
Mamilele shoots in but no luck this time.
Scribner goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Scribner throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Scribner tries to bum rush Mamilele with a series of wild strikes but Mamilele uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Scribner misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Mamilele shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Mamilele has a takedown stuffed.
Scribner tries to clinch up but Mamilele circles away and keeps his distance.

Scribner throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mamilele.
Mamilele changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Scribner tries to avoid it but Mamilele manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Scribner to the ground. Scribner escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Mamilele tries to score a power double leg takedown but Scribner sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Mamilele somewhat.
Scribner wants to clinch up but Mamilele keeps it at a distance.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Mamilele looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Scribner is fending him off so far but Mamilele persists. Nope, Scribner circles away and we're back to standing.

Mamilele bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Mamilele tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mamilele lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Mamilele breaks from Scribner's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Mamilele looking to control but Scribner is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Mamilele has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Scribner's face.

Mamilele is landing with some decent strikes but Scribner is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

And that's the end of the fight!
Tim Mamilele showed his dominance in that final round.
