The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kelly tries for a takedown but Nugget sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Kelly fails with a takedown attempt.
Nugget lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kelly circles away quickly and effectively.
Nugget throws a right and a left that both miss.
Nugget has his takedown stuffed

and Kelly counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Kelly missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.

Kelly looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Nugget knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kelly on the ground.
Kelly lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Nugget is looking to escape.
Nugget on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Nugget tries to get out of the position.
