Hernandes's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, IRA - Ikar. Vitor Hernandes could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jesse James's chin.

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Bruno Hogan and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Hernandes flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Hernandes tries to roll over but James keeps him under control.
James is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Hernandes wants to control but James is keeping busy and won't allow it.

James is thwarting Hernandes's attempts to control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hernandes knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for James on the ground.
James is pressing down on Hernandes's thigh, looking to free his foot. Hernandes is holding on for now.
James is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hernandes manages to get to full guard.
Hernandes will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Hernandes has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but James can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

James drops back looking for a leg! Hernandes is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Hernandes manages to kick James off! James jumps back into Hernandes's guard.
Hernandes is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. James is aware though and is defending well.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Hernandes wants to clinch.
Hernandes throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
James circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hernandes plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
James closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hernandes to the mat! Hernandes manages to get full guard.
James drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says James as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Hernandes screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with James! Nice submission victory there!
