The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesnar lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

It looks like Mark Edwards has been cut.
Lesnar has a takedown stuffed.
Nice sprawl there from Edwards as Lesnar shoots in.
Lesnar tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Edwards paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Edwards on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Lesnar. Lesnar obviously looking to wear him down.
Edwards avoids a punch combination nicely.
Edwards throws a head kick that half lands.

It looks like Dan Lesnar has been cut.
Lesnar could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Edwards misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Edwards thows a body kick. Lesnar tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Lesnar is breathing heavily.
Edwards moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lesnar takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Lesnar moves in looking to clinch but Edwards pushes him off.

Edwards thuds a left hand into Lesnar's body.

Edwards drives through and clinches with Lesnar against the cage.
Edwards lands an elbow inside.

Dan Lesnar's cut is getting worse.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Dan Lesnar's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
