The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crunch! Crump slams his shin into Beam's torso.

Crump displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Beam throws out the jab.

Crump drops Beam with a beautiful combination! Beam stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Crump is looking for the KO!

It looks like Jack Beam has been cut.

Crump throws a push kick but Beam slaps the foot to one side.
Jack Beam seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Beam swats away the attempt to clinch by Crump.

Crump escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Crump tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Beam misses with a hook. Crump ducked under it nicely.

Crump fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Crump throws a sloppy head kick and Beam moves out of range easily.

Beam shoots for a takedown but Crump saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Crump scores with a nice right hand.
Beam darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Crump throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
A swing and a miss from Beam.

Crump lands a big head kick that sends Beam tumbling to the mat! Crump takes a step backwards and waves Beam back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Crump throws a right and a left that both miss.
Oh Beam is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Beam scores with the left hand. Crump knows he should have avoided that one.
Beam seems to have got his legs back now.
Beam throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Crump sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Crump moves out of range of the strikes.
Beam shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Crump sprawls well. Crump wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Beam gets slowly back to his feet.
Crump throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Beam.

Crump lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Crump lands a knee to the head.
Beam tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Crump smiles and moves away.

Beam is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Crump circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Beam drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Crump follows Beam to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
